This policy covers the TemplateForge desktop plug-in for Autodesk Civil 3D, distributed through the Autodesk App Store.

What the plug-in collects

Specifically, the TemplateForge plug-in:

• does not collect, transmit or store any personal data;
• does not send your drawings, templates, standards or audit results anywhere. All processing happens on your machine, and every file it writes is written only to a location on your machine;
• contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising or third-party tracking;
• makes no outbound network connection of any kind.

Third parties

The plug-in shares no data with third parties, because it collects none.

If you download TemplateForge through the Autodesk App Store, Autodesk provides us with the download record it makes available to all publishers: the name and contact details associated with your Autodesk account. We use that only to answer support requests and, unless you tell us not to, to let you know about TemplateForge updates. We do not sell it and we do not share it.

Retention and deletion

The plug-in retains no data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete. Files it writes at your request (extracted standards, audit reports) are yours, on your machine, and are removed by deleting them.

Download records received from Autodesk are kept while TemplateForge is supported, and deleted on request.

Your choices

To have your contact details removed from our records, or to ask anything about this policy, email hello@templateforge.app. We will confirm deletion within 14 days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The plug-in collecting nothing is a design decision rather than a current state, so we do not expect the substance to change.
